A diverse small-scale farm growing vegetables, cut flowers, pasture-raised chicken, turkey, pork, and eggs using ecological and regenerative farming practices.

You can sign up for our CSA to get a share of the harvest, or order from our online store and pickup on the farm or at one of our partner locations: Cafe Pyrus Outpost in Waterloo, Storm Stayed Brewing Company in London, and Willibald Distillery and Brewery in Ayr.

Rendered lard from heritage, non-GMO, pasture-raised pork.

Lard is perfect for baking and for use in place of butter and oil as an everyday cooking fat. It also makes delicious popcorn!

Lard has less saturated fat than butter and is higher in monounsaturated fats including oleic acid, a heart-healthy essential fatty acid found that’s associated with decreasing bad cholesterol. Lard from pasture-raised pigs is also an excellent source of Vitamin D.
